Thank you everyone for responding. My husband is going to check it out this weekend againa nd try the ballist resistor. Its getting spark but its yellow so its not a strong spark(hubby told me its supposed to be blue spark) so we did down it to something with the spark problem.

It Turns over n over, but wont start
Hi all im at my witts end. I have a 1978 Winnabego Class A Dodge Chassis mtrhome. It was inherited to me 3 yrs ago and has 6700 ORIGINAL miles on the orig engine. Its been serviced every year. We drove it and parked it for the winter last year without a prob. A month ago we decided to bring it home and went out to start it, It turns over but will not kick to start.
Its getting fuel in the carb.
The timing belt is turning.
We have replaced plugs, coil, wire, distr cap and now were stuck.
It still just turns over and over and over till the battery dies but wont kick into start even with starting fluid.
Help plz hubbys bout to blow it up with dynamite he stated.
